MMDSmart is a leading CPaaS provider delivering WhatsApp Business API, SMS, and push notification solutions to businesses across EMEA and beyond. We’re looking for an excellent, creative Business Development Representative to own top-of-funnel growth, generate qualified leads, and set up sales conversations that convert.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, test new outreach channels, maintain clean CRM records, and help shape messaging strategies for multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role, ideally SaaS/CPaaS/martech/telecom
• Creative, non-scripted prospecting with individual approach
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage prospective clients across EMEA via outbound channels
• Qualify inbound leads and route to Account Executives
• Experiment with new outreach sequences and messaging angles
• Develop understanding of MMDSmart CPaaS offering to speak credibly with prospects
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline status
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on ICPs, messaging, and campaign timing
• Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly qualified meetings and pipeline targets
• Stay informed on EMEA market trends and regulations
