Job summary

Outsized is supporting a major banking institution in the Philippines on an embedded finance product development initiative. The consultant will coordinate on-ground delivery, work with bank teams to align implementation requirements and milestones, and help drive the program toward pilot launch.

This role partners with the consulting team and stakeholders to manage onboarding, integration with partners, and PMO activities, ensuring governance and clear action tracking across workstreams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant banking implementation experience.
• Consulting background preferred, especially with large institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on PMO and execution-focused approach in hybrid environments.
• Experience supporting product launches and field-team readiness.
• Philippines-based banking project experience strongly preferred.
• Embedded finance expertise not essential with relevant banking delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and extension of an embedded finance product within a large banking institution.
• Coordinate on-ground delivery activities with bank teams to manage requirements.
• Support partner onboarding and coordination between bank, partners and stakeholders.
• Provide PMO support: meeting prep, documentation, action tracking.
• Assist training and operational readiness for pilot launch.
• Support go-to-market planning and execution for embedded finance product.
• Work with the consulting team to adapt to evolving priorities.
• Navigate institutional processes, approvals, and stakeholder requirements to maintain momentum.
