SYSGEN RPO is seeking an experienced SME Commercial Card Product Owner to support a leading Philippine bank with the launch of an SME commercial card proposition. The role is embedded with the client for a 12-month engagement, requiring strong product delivery, stakeholder management, and cards/payments experience.

You will operate independently, coordinate across senior and working-level stakeholders, and translate product priorities into backlog items, governance updates, and launch-readiness

Qualificações

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, banking transformation, cards/payments, consulting, or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving business, risk, operations, and technology teams.
• Good understanding of card issuing commercial cards, SME banking, or the payments ecosystem.
• Experience supporting product launch, card implementation, platform change, or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, executive reporting, and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product roadmap and manage day-to-day sprint delivery across planning, testing, launch readiness, and early post-launch activities.
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog while tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure timely follow-through and escalation where needed.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, working sessions, governance meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare concise reporting materials to support product decisions and management visibility.
• Drive proposition, business case, customer segment, and product-readiness activities.
• Bring relevant market, competitor, and payments knowledge to inform discussions and decision-making for feature prioritization.
• Support go-to-market planning, sales enablement, channel readiness, and launch activation.
• Coordinate readiness across product, operations, channels, technology, testing, certification, and go-live preparation.
• Maintain clear visibility of critical path items, sprint goals, and scheme-related dependencies.
• Serve as a central coordination point across client stakeholders, internal teams, delivery squads, and relevant card schemes teams.

About you

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, banking transformation, cards/payments, consulting, or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving business, risk, operations, and technology teams.
• Good understanding of card issuing commercial cards, SME banking, or the payments ecosystem.
• Experience supporting product launch, card implementation, platform change, or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, executive reporting, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Tagalog; Tagalog is mandatory.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work onsite with client stakeholders as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
