• Perform audience segmentation and database filtering for targeted communications.
• Prepare and analyze email and SMS performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative and cross-functional teams for assets and tracking.
• Manage SMS marketing execution with copy, QA, and scheduling of 2–3 campaigns weekly.
• Monitor performance and implement optimization strategies; ensure thorough QA before deployment.

We are looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of our email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with hands-on experience in campaign deployment, automation, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.

You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted customer communications, optimize campaign performance, and support key promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of 2–4 email campaigns daily in alignment with the Promotions Calendar, including content preparation, QA, and deployment.
• Build and deploy triggered and automated email flows, including welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, and reminder campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, creatives, copy, audience segments, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
• Perform audience segmentation and database filtering to deliver targeted and personalized communications.
• Prepare and analyze email and SMS performance reports, translating campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams to secure required creatives, tracking URLs, product details, and other campaign assets.
• Manage SMS marketing execution, including copy preparation, QA/testing, and scheduling of 2–3 SMS campaigns per week.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Ensure all campaigns undergo thorough QA to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency before deployment.
