Job summary

Position Summary: Email Marketing Associate

The purpose of this job is to support the production of email campaigns for Clients in support of our overall Email Strategy. This function is responsible for day-to-day quality assurance, email routing, and email campaigns. As an Associate, the individual in this role would be expected to act in a supporting function to email Specialists in helping to test emails in the routing and deployment plus QA processes. They would also work to build email campaigns under the supervision and oversight of other team members. They would be building simple email customer segments and complete campaign builds also be expected to be able to build simple to medium complexity email segments.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Assist in the production of email campaigns to ensure proper segmentation and delivery are kept at a high bar
• Develop simple to complexity email segments
• Enter, update, and manage email campaign tickets to ensure stakeholder teams have all details necessary to deliver to the email team for email campaigns
• Support quality assurance testing at the routing and deployment QA stages
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and rest of Microsoft Office Suite.
