C9 Staff is seeking an Email Implementer with Salesforce, Braze and HTML experience for immediate deployment to a leading US-based digital marketing agency. This 100% remote role follows Pacific Time business hours Monday–Friday and focuses on tailoring email solutions for top brands.

You will set up client email clients, manage lists, build email flows, and QA across campaigns, using HTML with inline CSS. Strong English communication and 3+ years in email development are required.

• Set up email flow construction using available templates and custom ones (HTML knowledge required)
• Set up newsletters, autoresponders, and other automated communications
• Conduct QA of email proofs inclusive of checking of narrative, subject line, Ts and Cs, tracking links, device and email client compatibility among others.
• Do email split-testing as needed
• Take care of all necessary third-party integrations as well as the use of custom codes
• Analyze and interpret email client reports
• Complete quality assurance checks. Communicate with the internal Email Marketing team to effectively execute email campaigns.
• Troubleshoot HTML created by the network, identify and resolve coding issues in a timely-fashion, creating full HTML (with inline CSS) in some cases Qualifications:
