Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital and campaign management; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of customer life cycles.
• Experience creating a marketing plan or email comms calendar.
• Able to adapt to process improvements and structural changes.
• Strong initiative to improve and optimize processes.
• Passion for developing projects and understanding of the marketing automation discipline.
• Friendly attitude and team player.
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed.
• Willing to work on a flexible shift.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create email customer journeys and manage end-to-end email campaign support.
• Build and ensure timely activation of prescribed canvases based on customer lifecycles.
• Create standard emails using prescribed templates and content provided by the marketing teams.
• Perform internal testing and quality checks to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelines.
• Create and present post-campaign reports, highlighting campaign performance and insights/recommendations.
• Manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance with established turnaround times.
• Contribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge-sharing sessions.
