Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Campaign & Marketing Support specialist to assist regional teams with email campaigns, asset activation in Eloqua, and performance insights.

You will craft customer journeys, test assets, and compile post-campaign reports, enabling improved customer experiences. The role requires 1–2 years in digital/campaign management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital and campaign management; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of customer life cycles.
• Experience in creating a marketing plan or email comms calendar is an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and other structural changes.
• Strong ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processes.
• Passion to develop projects and understanding of the marketing automation discipline.
• A friendly attitude and team player.
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed.
• Willing to work on a flexible shift depending on business needs.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create email customer journeys and manage end-to-end email campaign support.
• Build and ensure timely activation of prescribed campaign canvases based on customer lifecycles.
• Create standard emails using prescribed templates and content provided by the marketing teams.
• Perform internal testing and quality checks to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelines.
• Create and present post-campaign reports, highlighting campaign performance and insights/recommendations.
• Manage campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance with established turnaround times.
• Contribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge-sharing sessions.
