Staff Outsourcing Solutions is seeking two email and chat support representatives for a US fasteners client. The peak season is underway, and you will respond to emails and chats, explain products clearly, and move orders in NetSuite.

You should have excellent written English, strong organizational skills, and intermediate to expert NetSuite proficiency. Night shifts align with US business hours, onsite at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.

About the role

Our client, a US company in the fasteners business, needs two email and chat support representatives for their peak season, which is already underway. You will answer customer emails and chats, explain products clearly, and keep orders moving in NetSuite.

What you will do

• Answer customer emails and live chats quickly, clearly and politely.
• Explain product details and technical specs in plain words to all kinds of customers.
• Look up and update orders and customer records in NetSuite.
• Follow detailed instructions and solve problems on your own, asking for help when it is needed.

What you bring

• Excellent written English, a sense of urgency and good organization.
• Intermediate to expert NetSuite skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Windows applications; advanced Excel is a plus.
• Amazon customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of technical products is a plus.
