Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Model Coordinator to develop, manage, and update ELV subsystem models using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks. You will coordinate ELV models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure spatial compliance.

You will run clash detection meetings, ensure designs conform to BEP and local regulations, generate shop drawings and as-built models, and support the project teams with BIM queries, documentation, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years BIM coordination experience, ELV/MEP background.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360.
• Familiar with ELV standards (TIA/EIA, NFPA, BICSI).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update ELV subsystem models using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).
• Coordinate ELV models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure spatial compliance.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure ELV designs adhere to BEP, client standards, and local regulations; generate shop drawings, as-built models, and other deliverables.
• Maintain version control and documentation of ELV BIM files; support project teams with BIM queries and training.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM updates and reports.
• Explore and implement BIM tools/workflows to improve ELV design and coordination efficiency; support 4D/5D BIM integration.
