You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain accurate interview notes, and collaborate with stakeholders while adhering to established policies.

This remote role follows a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Philippine Time.

Qualifications

• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build credibility and engage senior-level candidates.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth screening and qualification interviews with executive-level candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' experience, motivations, and fit for opportunities.
• Maintain records and interview notes within the recruitment system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support executive search assignments.
