Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Greenhills, San Juan, Philippines, seeks an experienced Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to lead high-end residential construction projects.

You will coordinate with architects, clients, and installers, develop detailed project plans, manage manpower and site activities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in high-end residential construction project management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and client/architect communication.
• Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and direct clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, including manpower scheduling, resource allocation, and site preparation.
• Address and resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Provide leadership in managing teams, including installers and contractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of commitment to project goals, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
