Job summary

Ikigai Builders seeks experienced Architects or Engineers to join as Project Managers for residential and fit-out projects. This full-time role involves leading projects from planning to turnover and coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

You will monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and site progress to ensure timely completion while upholding company standards. Travel within Metro Manila and CALABARZON is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 3 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• No PRC license required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial fit-out projects
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Willing to travel to project sites within Metro Manila and CALABARZON
