Installation

• Install new elevators and escalators, including assembling components, connecting wiring, and testing systems.

Maintenance

• Conduct routine maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and component replacement, to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot elevator malfunctions, using diagnostic tools and techniques, and perform necessary repairs and replacements.

Inspection

• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure proper functioning, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to building codes.

Documentation

• Document all installation activities, maintenance logs, and reports on identified issues for compliance and reporting.

Safety

• Ensure that safety precautions are observed at the job site and during all activities.

Collaboration

• Work with engineers and project managers to review installation plans and specifications, and with clients to address concerns.

Problem Solving

• Receive and resolve complaints, and troubleshoot malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and control systems.

Testing

• Conduct initial tests, high-speed tests, load tests, and feature tests to ensure proper functionality.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience repairing elevators, primarily TKE brands such as Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Otis, Kone, and familiarity with electrical schematics.
• Ability to independently perform elevator maintenance, with technical support provided by the company.
• Willingness to be assigned in Manila and Baguio. Accommodation provided for certain projects, including lodging and meals.
• Can start ASAP.
