Job summary

Teradyne Philippines is seeking a PCB test technician to perform full test procedures on Teradyne PCBAs and set up the required systems. The role requires keen attention to detail, experience with board repair and soldering, and the ability to troubleshoot using data logs with support from engineers.

You will collaborate to improve processes, ensure quality standards, and participate in packing and shipping activities.

Qualifications

Electronics technology or industrial electronics graduates with relevant board repair experience.
Knowledge of electronics board troubleshooting, de-soldering and repair.
Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium/high-end testers is a plus.
Goal-oriented, flexible and hardworking; computer literate.

Responsibilities

Keen attention to details and 100% compliance with PCBA handling procedures.
Run full test procedures of Teradyne PCBAs and system setup per procedures.
Interpret failure data logs and follow troubleshooting steps with engineers or supervisors.
Execute defined testing steps and repeated procedures to fix PCBA.
Perform visual inspection to ensure no defects after rework/reassembly.
Pack and ship boards as required.
Collaborate with Technicians and Engineers on process and quality improvements.
Adhere to company rules, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
