Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer – Electrical to drive plant reliability by leading E&I projects from concept to sign-off.

You will develop CAPEX proposals, supervise on-site installations, coordinate with operations and suppliers, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on project management, strong AutoCAD and MS Project skills, and experience in cement or heavy industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed/Registered Engineer preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in industrial electrical engineering or capital project execution.
• Experience in cement manufacturing or heavy industry preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD and MS Project skills.
• Knowledge of MAC/SAP for project costing and maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design & Justify Projects: Conduct ROI and feasibility analysis for CAPEX/Non-CAPEX initiatives.
• Lead Bid & Procurement: Draft tender packages, evaluate bids, and present recommendations to procurement committee.
• Supervise Site Execution: Lead on-site E&I installations, conduct contractor briefings, ensure material readiness.
• Deliver Results & Quality: Keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant with safety/engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Operations: Work with Production and Maintenance to remove bottlenecks beyond daily maintenance.
