Job summary

GHD Philippines seeks an Electrical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines. You will draft, design and model across all project stages, delivering high quality MEP work within scope, time and budget.

Requirements include 3 years in related roles, proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP; Navisworks preferred; familiarity with LODs and international design standards; and a hybrid office/work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in MEP design or BIM modelling.
• Proficient in drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all project stages.
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time frame and budget.
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan.
• Maintain standards and guidelines for discipline models and central model interaction.
