Job summary

CWC INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION in Makati seeks a Project In-Charge – Electrical to oversee electrical and MEPF works at project sites, ensuring execution to approved plans, quality standards, safety requirements and timelines.

The role collaborates with contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and timely completion. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 1+ year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in electrical construction or MEPF projects.
• Ability to read electrical, MEPF, architectural and structural plans.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical and MEPF works at project sites.
• Review drawings and ensure coordination with architectural and structural plans.
• Supervise contractors and site personnel to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, and material utilization.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead testing, commissioning, inspection and project handover activities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and required documentation.
