Job summary

JLL is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to maintain electrical systems across client facilities in Cebu City, Philippines. You will perform preventive and corrective tasks, troubleshoot faults, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role involves inspecting installations, coordinating with a facilities team, and upholding service standards. Ideal candidates have a recognized electrical qualification, a valid license, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in building electrical

Qualifications

Recognized electrical qualification or apprenticeship completion.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in building electrical maintenance.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems and control panels.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults and building system failures.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and emergency callouts promptly.
Conduct regular inspections ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
Maintain accurate records using CMMS and other systems.
Collaborate with facilities team to coordinate complex repairs.
Support energy efficiency initiatives through monitoring and improvements.
Communicate maintenance plans and issues clearly to clients and occupants.
Contribute ideas for service delivery and operational efficiency.
