About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis in Norzagaray, Bulacan. This is a strategic position within our organisation, where you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of skilled electricians. As an Electrical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive electrical training programmes to students and apprentices, ensuring they acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical competency in electrical systems, safety practices, and industry-standard techniques. This role is essential to our commitment to fostering excellence in the electrical trades and contributing to the development of a skilled workforce in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and delivering structured electrical training curricula covering fundamental and advanced electrical theory, practical skills, and safety protocols
• Conducting hands‑on practical sessions and demonstrations using electrical equipment, tools, and systems to ensure students gain real‑world experience
• Assessing student progress through examinations, practical assessments, and project‑based evaluations to ensure competency standards are met
• Maintaining and updating training materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources to reflect current industry standards and best practices
• Providing mentorship and guidance to students, supporting their professional development and career progression within the electrical trades
• Ensuring all training environments comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborating with industry partners and professionals to ensure training remains relevant and aligned with market demands
• Documenting and reporting on student performance, training outcomes, and programme effectiveness
• Operating and maintaining training facilities, equipment, and tools in safe and functional condition

What we’re looking for

• A recognised electrical qualification or trade certification demonstrating competency in electrical work and theory
• Minimum of 5 years' practical experience working as a qualified electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring others within the electrical trades or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, safety standards, and best practices relevant to the Philippines and the electrical industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learners
• Competency in assessing and evaluating student learning and providing constructive feedback
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and modern electrical systems
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements
• Physical capability to demonstrate practical electrical tasks and work in training environments
• Preferably, experience developing training curricula or instructional materials for technical programmes
