Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Licensed Electrical Engineer or recognized professional certification.
Minimum 3–5 years in facilities management or technical maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including HV/LV distribution and lighting.
Coordinate planned preventive maintenance with contractors.
Respond to electrical emergencies and diagnose complex issues.
Maintain documentation of maintenance, asset registers, and compliance.
Support energy management and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate on facility projects and capital improvement programs.
Prepare technical reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.
Mentor junior technicians and develop technical capabilities.
