Responsibilities

Coordinate building improvement projects (renovations, tenant improvements, capital upgrades).
Conduct site assessments and space planning using architectural expertise.
Review drawings, specifications, and documents for accuracy and code compliance.
Serve as liaison among stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor construction, perform site inspections, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Support master planning and long-term facility initiatives.
Incorporate energy-efficient design principles and sustainable practices.
