Job summary

Coherent Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Facilities Engineer/Manager to lead maintenance and facilities programs in a semiconductor environment. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring EHS compliance.

The role is onsite in Laguna/Calamba and requires experience with Lean and ISO 50001. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in facilities for semiconductors, 2+ years in supervision, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration within a multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical or equivalent.
• 3+ years facilities experience in semiconductor operations.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 50001, energy management and Lean tools.
• Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead/mentor staff to improve technical expertise and process knowledge.
• Develop and implement facilities plans in a cost effective manner.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance plans and metrics.
• Support budget adherence and cost saving initiatives.
• Maintain EHS compliance and a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering and production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and equipment uptime.
