Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering degree (4-year technology).
• Strong knowledge of project management, contractor management, cost estimation, material take-off, quality inspection and assurance.
• Good knowledge of regulatory compliance (DOLE/DOE/ERC/PEZA/BFP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project group reviewing all projects with focus on EHS/Regulatory/ Efficiency/ Flexibility/ Scalability/ Utilities usage/ layout/environmental considerations.
• Lead project group in stakeholder meetings, alignment, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Facilities operations on new project utilities usage and impact on installed base capacity and CAR.
• Manage Tool Utilities Matrix with IE collaboration.
• Align with Master plan owner for 5-year Facilities outlook.
• Ensure proper project documentation, buy-off and turnover.
• Create SOPs/LOPs aligned to POR for the project scope.
• Maintain up-to-date as-built plans.
