Job summary

STMicroelectronics Philippines is seeking a seasoned Facilities Head to lead O&M, project design, and regulatory compliance in a semiconductor environment. You will drive standardization, vendor management, and reporting while ensuring system redundancy and cost efficiency across sites.

The role requires a decade of facilities experience, leadership of a team, and strong communication, budgeting, and contract skills to keep facilities compliant and high performing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Facilities O&M, PM, design, construction/EHS and regulatory compliance in semiconductors or related fields.
• 5+ years leading a facilities team/department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
• Experience with DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC/BFO/Fire Code/LLDA/DENR/PDEA regulatory requirements.
• Contract management and negotiations experience; budget/cost awareness.
• Knowledge of semiconductor facilities systems: HVAC, compressed air, UPS.
• Familiar with SLAs and KPIs to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMEs in improving overall Facilities Management across operations and compliance.
• Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and regulatory adherence.
• Standardize site Facilities reporting and workflows; generate technical reports.
• Coordinate tendering, bid reviews, and awarding of projects with GPO/Finance.
• Manage facilities service contracts and monitor budgetary performance.
• Monitor utilities capacity usage and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define SOW and initial design.
• Ensure redundancy and robustness of critical facilities systems.
