Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and PRC license required.
• COSH training required.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and bids.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Evaluate materials, labor, equipment, and other costs necessary for the completion of the project.
• Determine the amount of labor required to complete each project.
• Provide feasible alternatives for increasing project profitability.
• Complete and submit competitive project bids in accordance with established guidelines.
• Update cost databases on a regular basis to reflect fluctuating material and labor costs.
• Coordinate with other departments to verify estimates are in line with project needs and budget restrictions.
• Conduct site visits to assess the scope of work and project requirements.
