Job summary

PRECEPTS ELECTRO-TECH CONSTRUCTION CORP. in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a Cost Estimator with an Electrical Engineering background and PRC licensure to prepare comprehensive cost estimates from plans and specifications, while applying effective estimating methodologies.

Responsibilities include evaluating materials, labor, equipment and other costs; determining labor requirements; updating cost databases for fluctuating prices; and submitting competitive bids in line with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and PRC license required.
• COSH training required.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and bids.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and licensed under Professional Regulation Commission
• With COSH training
• At least one (1) year of working experience
• Understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and bids.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
