Job summary

Greenfield Development Corporation is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to oversee the performance of all plant, equipment, and facilities while implementing the maintenance and safety program for the building.

Responsibilities include inspecting electrical and mechanical systems, planning technical activities, ensuring safety compliance, and managing inventories and contractor oversight. This role supports operating budgets and tenant services with a focus on reliability.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Experience in building maintenance and safety programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building plants, electrical/mechanical systems, and common areas, ensuring preventive maintenance and vendor upkeep.
• Plan and schedule technical activities, holiday projects, and repairs to minimize disruption to operations and tenant services.
• Ensure adherence to building rules, safety regulations and obtain necessary permits, licenses, and utility requirements on time.
• Monitor renovations/expansions and review tenant fit outs to ensure compliance with building specs.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and manpower schedules.
• Assist the Property Officer with operating expenses, capital expenditures, and cost-efficient resource management.
• Oversee 24-hour tenant service response, maintain equipment history, and submit monthly billing summaries to the Property Accountant.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building plants, electrical/mechanical systems, and common areas, ensuring strict execution of preventive maintenance programs and vendor upkeep.

• Plan and schedule technical activities, holiday projects, and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to building operations and tenant services.

• Ensure full adherence to building rules, safety regulations, and secure all necessary operational permits, licenses, and utility requirements on time.

• Monitor contractors for renovations and expansions, and review tenant fit out plans to ensure compliance with building specifications.

• Manage spare parts, fast-moving inventory, and periodic manpower schedules.

• Assist the Property Officer with operating expense budgets, capital expenditures, value-enhancing programs, and cost-efficient resource management.

• Oversee the 24-hour response standard for tenant service calls, maintain equipment history records, and submit monthly billing summaries to the Property Accountant.
