Greenfield Development Corporation is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to oversee the performance of all plant, equipment, and facilities while implementing the maintenance and safety program for the building.

Job Summary
Responsible for the performance of all plants, equipment, and facilities while implementing the maintenance and safety program of the building.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of building plants, electrical/mechanical systems, and common areas, ensuring strict execution of preventive maintenance programs and vendor upkeep.
Plan and schedule technical activities, holiday projects, and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to building operations and tenant services.
Ensure full adherence to building rules, safety regulations, and secure all necessary operational permits, licenses, and utility requirements on time.
Monitor contractors for renovations and expansions, and review tenant fit out plans to ensure compliance with building specifications.
Manage spare parts, fast-moving inventory, and periodic manpower schedules.
Assist the Property Officer with operating expense budgets, capital expenditures, value-enhancing programs, and cost-efficient resource management.
Oversee the 24-hour response standard for tenant service calls, maintain equipment history records, and submit monthly billing summaries to the Property Accountant.
