SM Retail Inc. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to oversee building operations, maintenance, and engineering projects at our facilities. The role requires a strong background in MEPFS systems and AutoCAD drafting.

You will coordinate construction and improvements, prepare cost estimates, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering; must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, property or facilities management.
• Strong background in MEPFS systems.
• Knowledge of engineering plans, layout analysis, and AutoCAD drafting.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and local government permitting processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee building operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEPFS systems.
• Review engineering plans, conduct layout analysis, and prepare or revise technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate construction, renovation, repair, and facilities improvement projects.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, and evaluate contractor quotations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project quality and timely completion.
• Assist in processing building permits, regulatory clearances, and other requirements from local government units.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and approved plans.
• Prepare technical reports, project updates, and maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities
