Job summary

SMDC seeks a Facilities Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of building systems at our residential properties in Metro Manila. You will participate in testing, commissioning, and punch listing of equipment and systems for common areas, and create a 52-week preventive maintenance calendar.

• Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• With more than 2 years of experience in Building Facilities and Equipment Management.
• Has strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Has the ability to work well both as part of the team and on his own initiative.
