Job summary

Lingaro is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging e-learning content and learning experiences for clients. You will develop objectives, outlines, scripts, and storyboards, and publish courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline.

The role requires translating complex information into clear learning experiences, collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams, and presenting work in client calls. Fluency in English (B2/C1) is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, corporate training, or related field.
• Experience creating learning objectives, course outlines, scripts, and storyboards.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Flexibility to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on production.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Confidently present work to clients when needed.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LMS, accessibility considerations, and e-learning QA.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
