Job summary

E-GMP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking an EOSH professional to implement, monitor, and maintain EOSH systems including ISO standards. This role focuses on hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations to prevent injuries.

You will supervise contractor activities, manage waste and wastewater strategies, deliver EHS training, and conduct regular site inspections and audits while coordinating with regulators and maintaining required certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in EOSH
• Bachelor’s or college degree in engineering, safety, or environmental science
• 2-5+ years in EOSH discipline, preferably in manufacturing or beverage production
• BOSH training or Certified Pollution Control Officer/certificate preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills; able to manage contractor compliance

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and maintain EOSH systems including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (FMEA), and incident investigations.
• Supervise contractor activities, manage waste disposal, and oversee wastewater quality strategies.
• Deliver EHS training (onboarding, specialized, and annual reviews).
• Perform daily/weekly inspections, manage site audits, and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison with local regulatory agencies and manage required certifications (fire, boiler, chemical storage).
