Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS professional in the Philippines to develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies.

You will lead audits, drive incident investigations, provide training, and collaborate with management to elevate EHS culture across the manufacturing landscape.

The role requires a strong engineering background and deep knowledge of ISO EMS and local regulations; join a team that values safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering as listed.
• 5+ years as Pollution Control Officer or Safety Officer in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO Environmental Management System and OHS Management.
• RBA Certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local and national environmental/health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and effectiveness of EHS programs.
• Lead incident investigation efforts and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with management to enhance the organization's EHS initiatives and culture.
