Job summary

EduQuest Inc. is seeking Educational Content Officers (ECOs) to support our Higher Education content projects. The role centers on reviewing, validating, and quality-checking educational materials such as books, PPTs, and quizzes uploaded to our eBook platform and LMS.

You will work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City, with a project duration of at least 2 months and multiple openings. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and strong writing and editing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Proficient in Canva and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality-check Higher Education books, PPTs, modules, quizzes, and other academic materials
• Validate uploaded content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper organization
• Identify and document errors, missing content, formatting issues, and other concerns
• Review materials for grammar, clarity, structure, and overall quality
• Edit, revise, or develop educational content as assigned
• Coordinate corrections and revisions with the Content Team
• Maintain accurate monitoring of reviewed titles and completed outputs
• Complete assigned deliverables within project deadlines

About the Role

The role focuses on reviewing, validating, and quality-checking educational materials such as books, PowerPoint presentations, modules, quizzes, and other digital learning content uploaded to our eBook platform and Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and quality-check Higher Education books, PPTs, modules, quizzes, and other academic materials

• Validate uploaded content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper organization

• Identify and document errors, missing content, formatting issues, and other concerns

• Review materials for grammar, clarity, structure, and overall quality

• Edit, revise, or develop educational content as assigned

Preferred: Experience in academic writing, educational content development, proofreading, editing, research, LMS/eBook platforms, or content quality assurance. Relevant OJT/internship experience is also considered.
