Job summary

EduQuest Inc. is seeking Educational Content Officers (ECOs) to support our Higher Education content projects. The role centers on reviewing, validating, and quality-checking educational materials such as books, PPTs, and quizzes uploaded to our eBook platform and LMS.

You will work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City, with a project duration of at least 2 months and multiple openings. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and strong writing and editing skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
Proficient in Canva and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear educational materials.

Responsibilities

Review and quality-check Higher Education books, PPTs, modules, quizzes, and other academic materials
Validate uploaded content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper organization
Identify and document errors, missing content, formatting issues, and other concerns
Review materials for grammar, clarity, structure, and overall quality
Edit, revise, or develop educational content as assigned
Coordinate corrections and revisions with the Content Team
Maintain accurate monitoring of reviewed titles and completed outputs
Complete assigned deliverables within project deadlines
