vamasters, Inc. is seeking a confident Sales Appointment Setter to introduce our school performance dashboard to Australian school leaders. You will make outbound calls, engage principals and other decision-makers, and book presentations for our team.

We’re looking for someone who communicates with polish, loves outreach, handles objections with ease, and stays persistent with follow-ups. You’ll work with our scripts and CRM tools to schedule demos, track progress, and help grow our outreach

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telesales.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and a professional phone manner.
• Strong communication and active listening with objection handling.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with senior professionals and decision-makers.
• Proficient with CRM and calendar scheduling tools; comfortable with Google Workspace.
• Experience booking meetings and managing calendar scheduling.
• Punctual, precise, and independent.
• Resilient, persistent, and upbeat in the face of rejection.

Responsibilities

• Call schools in Australia to introduce the dashboard.
• Engage principals and school leaders for conversations.
• Navigate past gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
• Book presentations, demos, and appointments into the calendar.
• Follow up with schools by phone and email to lock meetings.
• Use scripts and tools to run consistent outreach.
• Record outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
• Share feedback to sharpen the pitch.
• Hit daily and weekly outreach and booking targets.
