Qualifications

• Willing to travel; candidate with L&D and Training Ops experience in large IT environments will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee education operations and ensure smooth processes.
• Improve CRM practices and adherence to SOPs.
• Handle vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
• Address customer grievances and maintain service orientation.
• Plan, organize and monitor performance metrics.
