Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its Education Learning Sector, based in the Manila, Philippines region. You will cultivate client relationships, drive platform adoption, and deliver value through consultative guidance to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.

As primary contact for accounts, you will conduct business reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help meet state law requirements through our products and trainings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role focusing on relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to customer needs.
• Knowledge of risk pools and partnerships is preferred.
• Experience with Educational Learning or Higher-Ed sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and expansion of customers by advising on platform adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for all accounts in your book of business.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure success against goals.
• Proactively communicate platform updates, best practices, and progress on issues.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure state law requirements are met through products and trainings.
