Job summary

StudyIn in the Philippines seeks a Senior Education Counselor to guide students pursuing international education in Australia and New Zealand. You will support them from initial inquiry to enrollment, offering tailored advice and assisting with school selection, applications, and visa requirements.

You will maintain CRM records, collaborate with partner institutions, and participate in education fairs while staying current on admission and visa policies to ensure a smooth journey for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international education counseling or student placement services, preferably with knowledge in Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong understanding of the educational landscape, visa processes, and cultural considerations in both countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

• Advise students on educational opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
• Assist with school/course selection, applications, and visa processes.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins; provide personalized consultations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements and visa policies in both countries.
• Liaise with partner institutions and keep up-to-date with their programs, policies, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and support processing of applications.
