Job summary

Groworx Global is seeking an International Pathway & Recruitment Consultant to guide international students and workers toward studying and working abroad. You will liaise with students, employers, and institutions to ensure smooth visa and admission processes.

You will advise on study destinations, assist with SOPs and documents, and manage relationships with partners to support growth in international education pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international education recruitment, admissions, or counseling.
• Knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations, and common application platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student consultations to understand goals and financial capabilities.
• Recruit and place candidates for study/work abroad; manage recruitment funnel.
• Assist with applications, admissions, and visa documentation within deadlines.
• Provide visa guidance and liaise with institutions and government agencies.
