Job summary

Expansion International Group Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end software projects, coordinating across Product, Support and Development teams. You will convert ambiguous inputs into actionable work, manage Jira workflows, and drive delivery with clear outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in software/SaaS PM, excellent English, and strong leadership with stakeholder management. A flexible working model and WFH budget support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience within software or SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of steering projects toward measurable outcomes.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to convert unclear requirements into structured, actionable work.
• Experience coordinating with Product and Development teams and supporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects from initiation to delivery with clear outcomes and accountability.
• Translate unclear requirements into structured tickets, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Take full ownership of Jira across multiple projects, including workflows, boards, and permissions.
• Manage the delivery pipeline across Product, Support, and Development, aligning with leadership roadmaps.
• Coordinate across departments to keep projects moving and remove blockers.
• Define project success metrics and track progress against outcomes.
• Balance long-term initiative work with shorter-term feature delivery.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, pushing back when timelines are unrealistic.
• Provide proactive risk management and status updates on dependencies and trade-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
