Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ICT initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, align objectives with clients, and ensure milestones meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 4 years in IT project management, and strong networking, cloud, and cybersecurity knowledge. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS required.
• Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proven planning, coordination, and time management skills.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Relevant IT and PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, or PMI-ACP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Plan and coordinate project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor resource utilization for workforce planning and scheduling.
• Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with change-control processes.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation timely.
• Coordinate with clients to meet contractual milestones and support billing.
