Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) in the Philippines seeks an experienced EDI Specialist to join our offshore outsourcing team.

You will manage EDI transactions, onboard trading partners, troubleshoot exchanges, and ensure timely data flows with our apparel and 3PL operations. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, use ERP 2000 to handle product data and orders, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EDI operations.
• Experience in apparel industry and 3PL preferred.
• Proficiency in EDI transactions and ERP system 2000.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilités

• EDI Management: Oversee and maintain EDI transactions, onboarding new EDI trading partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data exchanges are accurate and timely.
• Client & Team Communication: Liaise between clients and internal team, provide responsive support for inquiries, and resolve EDI-related issues.
• ERP System Management: Use ERP system 2000 to monitor and manage product data, orders, and inventory.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Apply apparel industry expertise to understand product lifecycles and supply chain needs.
• 3PL Coordination: Coordinate with 3PL partners to streamline warehousing and distribution.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records of EDI transactions and ensure policy/industry compliance.
