Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst focused on EDI operations to oversee stability and data exchange across core business systems. You will manage end-to-end production support, drive operational improvements, and coordinate with vendors for seamless integration with partners.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with EDI platforms, multi-format document exchanges, and enterprise applications such as Order to Collection, Finance, ART, and RPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application support, with 3+ years focused on EDI operations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• EDI Operations & Integration Management: manage EDI operations via OpenText VAN with 36+ trading partners and multiple formats.
• Enterprise Application Support: support Order to Collection, Finance systems, ART, Call Management, RPA, and containerized apps on IFS Cloud.
• Incident & Change Management: manage incidents, requests, and changes via ServiceNow with SLA alignment.
• Financial Close & Automation Support: assist month-end/quarter-end close; deploy RPA solutions across systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance: liaise between IT, business, and vendors; maintain SOPs and governance.
