About the Role

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid setup: 60% onsite at the BGC, Taguig office and 40% work-from-home. May require up to 30% travel depending on business and project requirements

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant – EDI Operations (EDI & SAP SD) to drive and support global EDI operations, partner integrations, and SAP Order-to-Cash processes. This role will be responsible for managing EDI transactions and integrations, supporting SAP EDI/IDoc environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient electronic data exchange.

The ideal candidate has strong EDI expertise, hands-on SAP EDI/IDoc experience, and a solid understanding of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash business processes.

Key Responsibilities

EDI Operations & Integration Management

• Manage and optimize EDI operations, ensuring reliable and efficient data exchange with business partners
• Lead EDI partner onboarding activities, including connectivity setup, mappings, testing, and deployment
• Monitor and support EDI transactions, interfaces, and production operations
• Resolve EDI incidents, manage change requests, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Ensure EDI processes comply with established standards and best practices

SAP EDI & Order-to-Cash Support

• Support SAP EDI/IDoc integrations and related business processes
• Participate in SAP rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues involving EDI, SAP SD, and O2C processes
• Coordinate testing activities and validate integration solutions prior to deployment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP and EDI landscapes

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, external partners, and AMS providers
• Serve as a key point of contact for EDI-related initiatives and support activities
• Provide guidance and support to local EDI Key Users and business stakeholders
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain EDI documentation, operating procedures, knowledge repositories, and integration standards
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system reliability
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across teams
• Support governance and compliance initiatives related to EDI operations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on EDI operations experience
• Strong experience with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, EDI mappings, partner integrations, testing, and production support
• Hands‑on experience with SAP EDI and IDoc processing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required

Preferred Qualifications
