Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced EDI Lead to oversee the quality, processing, and troubleshooting of inbound and outbound EDI files.

The role requires strong expertise in EDI formats, file mapping, QA, and US healthcare EDI standards, with experience supporting international customers. Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• 5+ years of EDI experience including EDI file mapping.
• 1-2 years of experience with SQL.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI protocols.
• Experience supporting international customers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with US healthcare or health insurance EDI standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI file processing, troubleshoot transaction issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage and update data required for file transmissions.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers on new and revised EDI file requirements, from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, reports, metrics, and knowledge base materials.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve file transaction discrepancies.
