Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a motivated EDI Lead to maintain quality of inbound and outbound EDI files, including ANSI X12 and 834 formats, and to review discrepancies with a keen eye for detail. The role requires 5+ years in QA and EDI, SQL experience, and familiarity with HIPAA EDI protocols.

You will collaborate with vendors and carriers, document processes, and support cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth file transmissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field.
• Minimum 5 years QA experience.
• Minimum 5 years with EDI formats and mapping new files.
• 1–2 years of SQL experience.
• Experience serving international customers and HIPAA EDI protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of inbound/outbound EDI files (ANSI X12, 834) and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor EDI file processing quality and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers on file requirements.
• Develop process documentation and improvement plans.
• Support team with queries and contribute to knowledge base.
