Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field; education may be combined with experience.
• At least 1 year of quality assurance experience.
• Experience with EDI formats and US health insurance is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all EDI file processing activities to ensure quality, identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and resolve transaction file problems.
• Monitor, track, and update data required for successful file transmission and transaction processing.
• Assist internal and external teams with inquiries related to EDI file transactions and data exchanges.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to EDI processes, including reports, metrics, and improvement plans.
• Identify, report, and support opportunities for process and procedural improvements.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to US healthcare and EDI.
• Participate in meetings and provide operational support as needed.
• Support and sustain a positive work environment through professional conduct, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Perform special projects, tasks, and assignments as required.

What is your mission?

We are looking for an EDI Quality Analyst to support healthcare EDI operations by monitoring file processing, validating transaction accuracy, resolving data and transmission issues, and maintaining process documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, integrity, and timely delivery of EDI transactions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with US healthcare EDI standards.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Monitor all EDI file processing activities to ensure quality, identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and resolve transaction file problems.

• Monitor, track, and update data required for successful file transmission and transaction processing.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

• 1 year of experience in quality assurance.

• 1 year of experience working with EDI formats is an advantage.

• 1 year of experience in US health insurance, customer service, or a third-party administrator environment is an advantage.

• Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI protocols.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

• Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
