Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Pasig City is seeking an EDI Quality Analyst to monitor file processing, validate transaction accuracy, and resolve data issues for US healthcare EDI operations. You will maintain process documentation, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with HIPAA EDI standards while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field; education may be combined with experience.
• At least 1 year of quality assurance experience.
• Experience with EDI formats and US health insurance is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all EDI file processing activities to ensure quality, identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and resolve transaction file problems.
• Monitor, track, and update data required for successful file transmission and transaction processing.
• Assist internal and external teams with inquiries related to EDI file transactions and data exchanges.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to EDI processes, including reports, metrics, and improvement plans.
• Identify, report, and support opportunities for process and procedural improvements.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to US healthcare and EDI.
• Participate in meetings and provide operational support as needed.
• Support and sustain a positive work environment through professional conduct, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Perform special projects, tasks, and assignments as required.
