Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end order fulfillment across Shopify and marketplace channels. You will coordinate with 3PLs, ERP and WMS systems, ensure stock accuracy, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience.

The role requires at least 5 years in ecommerce operations, hands-on Shopify experience, and strong Excel skills, with a focus on DTC and marketplace logistics, international shipments, and reverse

Your Role

As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end ecommerce order fulfillment and marketplace operations, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory coordination, reverse logistics, and system synchronization across multiple platforms. You will work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, marketplace partners, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Specifically, You Will

• Manage the end-to-end order pipeline within Shopify, ensuring order accuracy, stock availability, product information, and documentation requirements are validated before release to the warehouse.
• Monitor ERP and warehouse system synchronization to ensure orders meet same-day fulfillment deadlines and proactively resolve processing delays.
• Reconcile order information across Shopify, ERP systems, 3PL providers, and marketplace platforms to maintain accurate records.
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment exceptions, including inventory shortages, ASN discrepancies, pick ticket import issues, shipping documentation, and commercial invoice concerns.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for marketplace channels such as Farfetch, Nordstrom, or similar platforms, ensuring smooth order integration and fulfillment.
• Work directly with marketplace partners and logistics providers to coordinate shipping labels, pick ticket processing, and fulfillment timelines.
• Manage the complete reverse logistics process for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace returns using platforms such as Loop and Mirakl, from return authorization through warehouse receipt, credit processing, and inventory restocking.
• Monitor return workflows, troubleshoot exceptions, and support domestic and international returns in accordance with company policies.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, and updates across Shopify, ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and sales channels while maintaining data accuracy.
• Monitor and escalate system synchronization issues between Shopify, ERP, and warehouse platforms to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and fulfillment workflows.
• Support onboarding, training documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, customer operations, or a related role.
• Experience within the fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Shopify as an ecommerce and order management platform.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment processes across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Marketplace channels.
• Experience coordinating with ERP systems, 3PL providers, and warehouse management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting, reconciliation, and operational analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational discrepancies before they impact customers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience supporting marketplace platforms such as Farfetch, Mirakl, Nordstrom, or similar ecommerce marketplaces.
• Experience using returns and reverse logistics platforms such as Loop, Mirakl, or equivalent solutions.

• Experience managing international order fulfillment, shipping documentation, customs requirements, and commercial invoices.
